I am continuing my struggles with the car insurance. I have been a client for several years, with more than 1 insurance with them. I have been struggling for 4 days, none of my messages on the secure site have been responded to, the repair of the car not authorised despite me asking many times, the free replacement car for which I pay clearly in my premium has not yet been authorised leaving me totally stranded....the list goes on. Shocking treatment, never seen anything quite like this. I will continue to post updated reviews in the coming days as this nightmare of having to deal with CArdif Iad continues......

The saga continues. I pay full comprehensive insurance with Okm assistance. No free transport for 5 days, no repair approved after 12 days. Negligent - even the repair garage is shocked by the poor level of care of Cardif and IMA. The wheel rim is bent and damanged - but the insurer will allow the replacement of the tyre, but not the rim! And they say the car will be safe. But the tyre cannot be fitted on the damaged rim? It goes on.... And Cardif - you are welcome to refer to my mabanque complaints. Useless, no duty of care to clients and are not even interested in the safety of their clients. What is the point of a fully comprehensive insurance?
